La
Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día cree y defiende la doctrina bíblica de la
Trinidad desde una perspectiva bíblica e histórica confesional. Sin embargo,
durante la última década, esta doctrina ha sido atacada, al descubrir que
nuestros pioneros no creían en la Trinidad. Los antitrinitarios aseguran que
los escritos de Elena de White que hacen referencia a la Trinidad, y sobre todo
al Espíritu Santo, no son nada confiables, y que posiblemente ella no haya sido
quien los escribió. Esto lleva a preguntarnos si Elena de White expresó la
doctrina de un Dios en tres personas en sus escritos. ¿Creía ella que el
Espíritu Santo formaba parte de la Trinidad?

The 144,000 and the Great Multitude

Introduction
The number 144,000 is one of several apparently cryptic numbers of
Revelation that has caused much speculation. Generations of Christians
including Adventists have studied this symbol. In the past, the Biblical
Research Institute has already published an article on the 144,000 and the
Great Multitude by Beatrice Neill.[1] The present article is an attempt by its
author to deal with the biblical information. When addressing this topic the
following questions must be addressed: What kind of group are the 144,000? When
do they appear? In which relation do they stand to the great multitude and the remnant?
Is it a literal or figurative number?

This paper attempts to
probe the fullest context of Mrs White's statement to include the Australasian
understanding of ministry guided by Ellen White during the period 1893 to 1901.
This reviewer believes that the context reveals full-fledged ordination of
Seventh-day Adventist women to the most dynamic and progressive ministry
fostered by Seventh-day Adventists to that time.

This article deals about anthropology, the
human nature, in relationship with the Cosmic Conflict as is presented
by Ellen White. The purpose is to have a better understanding how
this conflict, which began in heaven with Satan and established on Earth
according to Genesis 3, influence our nature today. In relationship with
the Great Conflict between Christ and Satan, it is very important focus
not only in the consequences of sin for us today, but to see the
solution for this Conflict, as the Bible and Ellen White teach,
which will end with the glorious coming of Jesus soon, following what
Ellen White wrote about this issue.

Cuando se habla sobre Elena G. de White y su posición sobre algún punto de nuestras creencias, se suele presentar primero el soporte bíblico y luego confirmar lo aprendido en la Palabra de Dios presentando la postura de la mensajera del Señor como la estocada final. Cuando el tema es controversial, entonces utilizamos los escritos del Espíritu de Profecía para dirimir alguna dificultad que nos presente el texto bíblico y, como consideramos profeta a Elena G. de White, damos por concluida la dificultad. El siguiente estudio partirá de lo que ella sostuvo y cómo su perspectiva concuerda plenamente con el texto bíblico.
